Fotini started her award-winning real estate career in 2008 as a full-time sales representative.
In 2012, she became recognized by the National Association of Green Agents and Brokers as an Accredited Green Agent. She also earned her Real Estate Broker status later that year, offering the added benefit of this continued education and commitment to her clients.
Fotini has always had a natural passion for real estate. She invested in her first property in her early twenties and has expanded her personal and professional real estate practice over this past two decades. Through her own experiences in real estate as well as her experience working in the legal environment, Fotini offers a wide spectrum of relevant skills when working with her clients. Her intuitive ability helps her to understand the sensitivity of some client situations and her professional experience working in the field of holistic wellness allows Fotini to express compassion and support towards her clients whose move may be prompted by challenging life events such as divorce, death of a loved one or financial distress. Fotini has a great passion for supporting first time home buyers, growing families and folks looking to follow their real estate dreams, in particular those wanting to move out of the city and into the country, like she did!
Fotini is a self-proclaimed "home-body", and can relate to the common phrase "there is no place like home." She understands the importance of a well functioning home environment for the different stages in one's life and offers a custom-made real estate experience tailored to fit each of her client's individual needs. Fotini offers many value-added services for her clients, including help with home staging and pre-sale home inspections, which, in turn, has helped her clients achieve top dollar when selling their properties, in a reduced amount of time!
Fotini believes in giving back to the community and is an active volunteer and supporter in various local organizations including the Caledon Community Services, South Simcoe Arts Council and her own non-profit organization, Red Barn Wellness Farm.
Fotini lives on a small farm in Simcoe County with her husband, son, their dog and their herd of Horses. Fotini enjoys spending time with her family, two and four legged, as well as practicing yoga, meditation, painting and writing poetry, preferably outside in nature.
